Welcome and thank you for stopping by here and taking the time to read the first issue of our Black Pug Studio Magazine. We will be publishing exciting updates centered on all Studio activities and initiatives on a bimonthly basis.
As the 4th anniversary of the Studio is now approaching, we realized it was time to talk! “To talk about what?” one might ask. To talk about our work and us, individuals behind the magic! We prepared warm and exquisite cups of coffee for everyone in the team and sat down in our lovely and colorful Creative Room. The caffeinated fumes and beverages fueled ideas but one stuck with us more than the others. We would put ourselves forward and promote the work we accomplish for our clients and our internal projects more diligently. Yes, we have been active on some social media channels, particularly on Twitter; however, it wasn’t enough. Clients, friends, and family wanted to know more and expressed to us how much they liked our work. It was our duty to answer that call and communicate the passion driving the Studio.
THRONE-Recruiting — Premium Brand

Back in November 2018, we received a call from a newly formed company by top headhunters and recruiters, based in Berlin, Germany. A premium brand specialized in recruitment consultancy of Human Resources positions: THRONE-Recruiting. Flash forward, and the Studio is now about to release a high-end, crafted website for them. At the moment we are writing this issue, you should see a “Coming Soon” page, but maybe you’ll be reading this a bit later, and you will have the chance to enjoy the full splendor of their website, we carefully designed and integrated.

WestBIC — Revamped Website

We’ve been secretly working to release a newly revamped website for WestBIC, and we teased it on our Twitter account. Without a ounce of doubt, it brought some attention to it. We can’t wait to show it to the world. All we can say for now is that it will be released very very soon, we encourage you to stay tune. It’s worth it!

French Tech Dublin — 2019 Design Edition
As one of the main partners of French Tech Dublin, we made and released the original website back in 2017. This year, in 2019, we are rebooting it with a fresh new design, and we are starting in February to work on a modern, clean and crispier version of it! We are all excited and can’t wait to show more.

Get ready because Black Pug Studio is about to get into the Fashion World! We are working hard to release a cozy Geek/Pop Culture Merch Store and it will be released in February as a precursor of a larger project in the same kind of industry. We can already feel that you want to know more about this. Well, it is a 100% authentic Black Pug Studio project, it’s ours, and we love it! Our community grows, we have now more than 550 members! Tony Moreno still remain the Lead Organizer for the Google Developers Group Galway in 2019. Julien Garrigues is still a co-organizer; however Deirdre O'Connor has left the organizer team to become a Mentor of the Community. The good news is that Swapnil from Avaya has joined the team for our 2019 event series and we are already well engaged with our first two events and a third one to be announced very soon(ish):
